Special effect software for a 32 bit computer.?

i've been looking for a special effect software for months now and i have looked at adobe after effects but my computer is only 32 bit not 64 bit, so that won't work. the special effect software has to be able to make realistic muzzle flash and blood hit effects and others would be nice. so if anyone knows of any software that would fit my current situation i would be very glad if you would let me know about it. thanks.
