Is the cage too hot for my Iguana?

I have a pet iguana, her name is Lucifer (Luc for short). She is just a baby, around a foot-foot and a half long.She tries crawling on the glass walls a lot. Is the cage too hot for her? Should I turn off the heat lamps? She has plenty of food and water, so I don't think she is trying to look for food..
